Hello, all,

This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.03 update for the BAe Jetstream 32. All customers who have purchased the BAe Jetstream 32 up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete installation instructions on how to update your product. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase the BAe Jetstream 32 from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 1.03 for you.

What if I didn't get the update e-mail?

If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do:

1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/login.php

2. View your past order history invoice that contains the BAe Jetstream 32 purchase on it.

3. At the bottom of the invoice you will find a blue highlighted link to your update that says: "BAe Jetstream 32".

The new installer will detect whether this is a new install, or if you already have any BAe Jetstream 32 version installed. Depending on your current situation, the installer will run through the appropriate paths with you, including uninstalling all unnecessary items from the previous version!

Your liveries/downloaded paints will be safe in this process!

There are some important fixes and requests implemented in this update.

The following is a list of additions/fixes included:

NEW:

- 64-bit support!

- "Radio Hardware" menu added to yoke. This allows you to control the radios with hardware for X-Plane!

- "Auto Number Hardw" menu added to yoke. This allows you to control altitude selection with hardware for X-Plane!

- "Joystick Assign" menu added to yoke. This allows joystick axis assignment while the control lock lever is in the down position.

- Added a new failure. Each engine cannot go over 100% RPM for more than 5 minutes. If you pass that time you will have a failure in the engines, so watch out. Watch those gauges, Captains!

FIXES:

- Ground speed reading on DME instruments for both captain and first officer sides.

- Flight dynamic adjustments.

- In X-Plane 10.2 Beta 10+ correct amperage will now show thanks to a fix by Laminar.

- Fixed an issue where weather was not consistent in some windows from cockpit view with NVIDIA cards.

As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. We appreciate your feedback and support!

Enjoy these latest updates, and stay tuned to the forum as we continually announce the latest happenings.

64 bit, wow! Downloading right now. Thanks.

Does this mean that you are no longer waiting for 10.20 final, 10.20b11 SDK can be considered final and we can expect other add ons being upgraded as well?

We will be doing this only for select add-ons, and slowly roll out others. Majority will be after 10.2 is final. Testing the waters in a controlled way is always good, so consider this one of those moments. :)

Anyone using it in FSE? What alias do you use? The 41?

disregard - there is a British Aerospace JS31 in the system.

Download is pretty slow. Can't wait to try it the first time!

Lots of people logged in and downloading the update at the same time as you since it's just newly released. Hopefully you can get it down sooner than later. :)

Well.. a change in a future 10.20 beta could break the 64bits plugin? yes.. that is possible, but that would take it to the same level it was already. To the 32bits. People would still be able to fly with it in 32bits (hope nothing breaks the plugin!! I think beta 11 was a very important change)

Yes.. the plane is still flyable in 10.11 and always recomend to fly it in 10.11 because 10.20 betas can produce crashes that maybe are not becasue the plane but the main program.

Hope the hardware guys enjoy now to manage the radios! :)

I tried to download the updated 1.03 of BAe Jetstream 32, but could not because the download was slow and interrupted in 3 attempts.
I sent an e-mail to support, but so far has not been answered .

Please increase my downloads.

Nothing yet bdeniaud.  I'm hoping for today, but replies on the topic of the new release have been quiet.  I'm sure X-Aviation knows that many people are waiting for this to drop.  Keeping my fingers crossed.
