Hello guys. So I haven't flown the CRJ in a loong time. When I loaded it up today (after a fresh install) I was greeted by this:

Any ideas? I do have C++ 2010. The Saab activated with no problems but the Jetsream is not prompting me either, but it doesn't have the X-Aviation watermarks.

Well just did another fresh reinstall after downloading the CRJ again and same problem. Note that while installing the C++ redistributable during the CRJ install I got an error saying there was a newer version already installed on my PC. No idea how since I had just uninstalled it.

Edit: Well CRJ installed properly this time (ran as administrator) but still nothing. Is the linked CRJ in my account just the 32-bit version then?

Ben already told you...you're trying to load a 32-bit product in 64-bit. That won't work.

You need to re-download the latest version of the CRJ.

Cameron as I already mentioned I have reinstalled the CRJ twice from the download link provided to me on my account which as far as I know is the only place I can download it from. So if that is the 32-bit version it seems to be a problem on your end. And yes I have windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Did you at one time request that you get access to 32-bit as a download?

Nope never (I can't even remember the last time I was on a 32-bit OS or XP). I did request for my downloads to be reset a while back but never actually used any of them once they where, hence finding out about this now.

Nope. Time for you to submit a support ticket I guess.

You're 100% trying to run a 32-bit version, which means whatever you're installing is not the latest (should be 1.5.3).

I can't seem to find the Support Ticket link on the website.

Edit: Disregard.
