Vinny003 Posted May 29, 2014 Report Posted May 29, 2014 Hi, guys!I noticed something is wrong with the fuel gauges. The right fuel gauge shows about 300 KG and the left fuel gauge shows about 450 KG. Please see attached. Thanks! Cheers, Vincent Quote
Goran_M Posted May 29, 2014 Report Posted May 29, 2014 Check your crossfeed is turned OFF. It looks like you're pumping fuel from the right tank to the left tank. Quote
Vinny003 Posted May 29, 2014 Author Report Posted May 29, 2014 Hi, Goran! The cross feed is turned off. I'm not 100% sure, How do I transfer the fuel from the left tank to the right tank? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent Quote
Goran_M Posted May 29, 2014 Report Posted May 29, 2014 (edited) There are 2 crossfeed switches. 1 says CONN VALVE which simply opens a valve between the tanks and equalizes the fuel when flying straight and level. The other 1 says "FUEL XFEED" which pumps fuel from 1 tank to another. If both these switches are off/closed, your fuel is set unevenly in x-planes fuel and load manager.Your Power levers or Condition levers could also be set unevenly. If they are, the Power lever or Condition lever that is set for more power/RPM is burning fuel at a higher rate in the corresponding engine than the other one. Edited May 29, 2014 by Goran_M Quote
