Problem with the C 525’s landing gear

I’ve just installed the TorqueSim CitationJet 525, which I bought yesterday, and I’ve already come across my first problem: there’s no landing gear!

In a tutorial video , it’s shown during the installation that a choice has to be made regarding the Gizmo plugin. I didn’t have to make any choices during the installation, apart from choosing between 4k and 8k.

I do have X-Aviation in my plugins, but not Gizmo.

It’s worth noting that the CL650 works perfectly.

Can you help me sort this out?

Bonjour,

J'ai acheté le TorqueSim CitationJet 525 pour X-Plane 12 en utilisant un compte/une adresse e-mail X-Aviation différent(e) de celui actuellement associé à ma machine.

La fenêtre d'activation X-Aviation indique que mon appareil est actuellement associé à un autre compte. Le seul produit sous licence affiché est mon Hot Start Challenger 650. Le CitationJet 525 n'apparaît pas dans la liste des produits sous licence.

Le C525 a été installé hier et n'a jamais fonctionné correctement. Dès le premier décollage, le train d'atterrissage ne s'est pas déployé et le levier de train est inopérant.

Le cj_systems.xplplugin est présent et chargé correctement par X-Plane, et le C525 réussit ses vérifications de version et d'UUID d'appareil.

Je n'ai jamais reçu non plus l'invite de connexion/activation X-Aviation habituelle lors du premier chargement du C525.

Pourriez-vous vérifier l'association compte/machine et activer la licence C525 sur le compte approprié, ou m'indiquer la marche à suivre ?
