Kaphias
Personally, I keep all my payware in a separate folder and pull the folder out whenever I do batch updates. Keeps issues like this from coming up.
Cameron
Yep that's what I'm gonna have to do I guess... Maybe someone can look into the issue of a batch conversion messing up the aircraft and possibly the plugin? This is really a pretty unavoidable issue...mainly due to the way things are linked up and how XP requires it. There should be no reason to ever update any of our aircraft without a patch anyhow. If there's nothing released by us, it's safe to assume "it works." eaglewing7
The batch update was not specificaly for your aircraft. It was done to update all of the other aircraft I have in X-Plane. Maybe X-Aviation should put some sort of warning up with their aircraft telling people not to batch convert their aircraft.Regarding the post by Kaphias, I do that as well. But, I do not remove the file from the aircraft folder as I did not expect a simple batch conversion to mess the plane up so badly. Good thing I back up my payware aircraft, and all custom scenery (especially the payware).

Maybe X-Aviation should put some sort of warning up with their aircraft telling people not to batch convert their aircraft. This isn't X-Aviation specific. It's hit and miss, I think, and applies to all aircraft you may have for X-Plane (a caution issue, I mean).I personally have never batch converted any aircraft I've had. Never really thought to or seen a need to. Is there something you feel you gain from doing so?
eaglewing7
I normally do a batch conversion after doing an X-Plane upgrade.I upgraded from my previous X-Plane version to, the at that time, 9.45 final. Somewhere I read about doing batch conversions after updates to ensure compatibility and what not...Edit: Turns out that the file I had on my external drive was either post batch conversion, or it was somehow messed up too...I sent a message on the contact page to X-Aviation, we shall see what happens. max_mts
Hi JGregory,Model looks great and POH very detailed! My standard questions for all developers: can i use this plane on two home computers (PC and Linux Notebook) or i must buy two different licenses?Hi,Upon purchase you'll be issued a single computer license, however, we are working to further automate this to enable multiple computers that you may own without having to contact us at all. Until this is in place, we are working on multiple licenses on a contact basis, but you do NOT have to purchase multiple copies of the aircraft.Simply use the contact form on X-Aviation to arrange for this: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.phpThis is a very quick process! I wrote the request yesterday. I hope, that i can fly on my second PC in this weekend.
