X-Aviation: Machine ID Locked

Hello,

I recently purchased IXEG 737 Plus for X-Plane 12. While activating and after entering computers name, I have an error as following below:

Machine ID Locked.
Please contact support@x-aviation.com

I have submitted the ticket to X-Avation Help Desk since 24th, but no response.
I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

I've had the same problem for months and they haven't responded to my ticket.
