I know the others don't allow much other use, but google isn't strict.***OLD POST***

EDIT: I read your rant, and can you give me the paragraph/section that is in? I never saw it.

EDIT2: Found it. It is in their additional terms for Google maps/Google earth. I have been reading the terms dealing with the api.

Yep. But as long as you don't redistribute stuff you make with it it's ok.
