Missing sounds/some bugs

Hi,

It seems somes audio is missing:

* DH altitude alert
* Engine fan at TO thrust
* No gear noise from retract/extend
* Wind noise seems to be lacking (it sounds the same at 250 kts as sat not moving)
* AP disconnect sound is extremely quiet
