Citation 525 Throttles not working after update to CJ525 1.0.2

Hi Everyone,

I purchased the Citation 525 and it installed with on issues; everything was working fine.  However, when I updated to Version 1.0.2 my throttles stopped working.  They do not work with my Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant or with the mouse in X-Plane.  I cannot move them at all.  Does anyone else have this issue?  I have checked my other addon aircrafts and they all work great. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have also tried reinstalling but I still get the same results.

Completed antivirus or Windows Defender as described in your post above and did not resolve the issue. There were 3 block files which I restored.  However, this did not fix the problem

Have the same problem as Luger.

No landing gear, not throttles, no power to avionics

just a broken aircraft that that was working fine before

1.0.2 version update.

Nothing on the cpu was changed except to install 1.0.2

All other versions from day one of the release have loaded on

my system perfect except this version.

Fix to version 1.0.2 needed

Paying customer........ Thank you Jack

Ps: Allow us to be able to reload an earlier version. Tried to reinstall earlier version but you've stripped out some of the files so this is not possible.

Stuck with a broken high dollar plane........

Why do you make it to ware a paying customer can not revert

to a previous version in case of problems like this? We should

have some sort of recourse since we are paying premium for

these aircraft.

Thanks for your input. Looking for solutions to safeguard our

investment in your products.

Thank you for your feedback. Each version we release undergoes thorough testing by a dedicated beta team to ensure it’s ready for all customers. The version we ship is designed to be compatible with the same version of X-Plane, just like the CJ update before it, and often times reverting to an older version can create more issues than it resolves, particularly when customers inadvertently use outdated installers or configurations. Having multiple versions of the install be available will inevitably lead some people to install the older version from an older installer on their disk thinking they just installed the new one, thus increasing our work load in support.

Many issues can be resolved with the solutions already provided in the forums or even within this thread. I encourage you to explore these, as they’re often quicker and more effective than reverting versions or trying to argue about old versions being available. If you still encounter challenges, please don’t hesitate to reach out for support. We’re here to help.

I understand your desire to safeguard your investment, and I appreciate your input. Let’s work together to ensure you can fully enjoy the product! Do you have that log now?
