Simmo W Posted October 29, 2011 Report Posted October 29, 2011 Really enjoying getting more into blender! Does that mean I'm getting sick? or sicker as some might say?I never thought I'd admit it, but the Blender interface is starting to grow on me, very quick once you get the hang of it! What I really like about the program is that it's so deep yet integrated, so once you learn one aspect, it's applicable to another area later. So the learning curve, while steep, evens out a bit later. Quote
Kieran Posted October 29, 2011 Report Posted October 29, 2011 No, thats normal. I start to want blender's interface in other programs. Quote
Simmo W Posted October 29, 2011 Author Report Posted October 29, 2011 Ha, I didn't say that! I'm not at that stage just yet- It still is frustrating, got stuck just now. But it's heaps more capable than AC3d and the price is right :-) Quote
Spacedust Posted October 29, 2011 Report Posted October 29, 2011 Yes you are sick, I don't see any aviation related objects Quote
arno54 Posted October 29, 2011 Report Posted October 29, 2011 Yep, Blender turns out to be VERY addictive once you've accepted to get into it as was intended rather than whinning about its ugly interface. Pleasure comes just after pain (anyway, the girl next door taught me so) Quote
ilias.tselios Posted October 29, 2011 Report Posted October 29, 2011 (edited) Really enjoying getting more into blender! Does that mean I'm getting sick? or sicker as some might say?If you don't wake up at night thinking about blender, you are still OK. And if you don't introduce yourself as Simmo W Modifier... you have long road to go...! Edited October 29, 2011 by airfighter Quote

Lukasz Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 I'd say, that the very composition and choice of colours on the first screenshot says it all about Simon's state of mind Quote
