Command labels for engine shutdown swapped

The command xscenery/mu2b60/both_engines_RCS_stop is labelled as "shutdown right engine", while xscenery/mu2b60/right_engine_RCS_stop is labelled as "shutdown both engines". The commands work correctly, it's just the labels which are swapped between right and both (left is fine):
