Jean-Luc Camembert Posted February 13, 2022 Report Posted February 13, 2022 I'm starting with the Challenger 650. I have a rolling problem. I don't have a large enough turning radius to stay on the taxiway when cornering. I just have a joystick to drive. I have the noose steer and the antiskid armed. Can you help me ? Quote
kecm80 Posted February 14, 2022 Report Posted February 14, 2022 (edited) hi, for convenience tiller is connected to rudder axis in almost all xplane addons, so check your rudder setup in the joystick settings in xplane. And on what hardware are we talking about? Then remember not to taxi to fast or your nose gear will drift Edited February 14, 2022 by kecm80 Quote

Does your joystick have a twist function? If so, use it to control the rudder and steer the plane on the ground. Quote
kecm80 Posted February 15, 2022 Report Posted February 15, 2022 yes, i use my twist for rudder and nose wheel steering what hardware do you have? Quote
Graeme_77 Posted February 16, 2022 Report Posted February 16, 2022 Also worth checking you don't have any control axis accidentally bound to Tiller. IIRC when there is a tiller control bound X-Plane will limit the steering available with rudder. With no tiller the rudder can provide the full steering range which sounds like what you need. Quote
