[FIXED v1.3.1] Oil pressure indication should not be visible without AC power

Superminor inaccuracy I found when simulating a battery + air-start-unit engine start.

Oil pressure should not be shown when the plane doesn't have AC power. Currently I can see the values even if the AC power is off. This manual is from the CL605 but it seems to be doing that as well on this video before he connects the AC power: https://www.reddit.com/r/aviationmaintenance/comments/rhnqig/of_all_the_ac_power_ups_i_love_the_cl650_the_most/

Manual is wrong here, system 3 hydraulic indicators are on the 28VDC battery bus.

Engine oil pressure, I think the manual is referring to.
