Jenny how can I actually de-Ice the plane?

From the ground services menu it says to contact a frequency to get de-icing, I put that into coms 1 and then what?

Make sure the correct transmit source is selected and make sure the receive volume is tuned up, then press to talk, you’ll get a prompt for talking to the deice crew.
