I have just installed the latest update for the SAAB 340 which fixed the nosewheel steering bug.  However, whenever I try to run the aircraft, X-Plane crashes on loading.  I have tried all the variations just in case.  I have also attached the Log file in the hope that there will be a clue there.

There is nothing in the log that directly indicates why the sim is crashing.

Since we are not getting any other reports of crashes this is most likely a problem somewhere on your end.

I would suggest a few options....

1. Erase the Saab folder, download the installer, and re-install the Saab.

If the new install still crashes you can...

2. Remove all your plugins (except Gizmo) and try to load the Saab Again.  If the Saab loads without a crash then you have a plugin conflict.  Put your plugins back in the plugins folder one-at-a-time and reload the Saab after each one and test again.  if you get a crash after putting a plugin back then that one is the problem.

Alternately you can download the X-Plane demo,  install the Saab there, run the demo, load the Saab, and see what happens.

In future please don't zip your log files.

If I'm on my phone a zipped file means your report will likely be ignored.

The thread has then been marked as read by the forum and you've missed your chance at timely support replies.
