The GPS Case, Knobs, are not visable during Night...

The pop-up is covering the G530 in your screenshots so I cannot see what you are describing. Or, are you referring to the pop-up itself ??

Yes, the Pop-up is black although the Floodlights are on. The Buttons and Knobs are not visible. it's  dark in dark. Its difficult to find the outer and inner Ring perhaps by "push C/V" or "push CRSR"

The pop up is the default Laminar pop up.  Any lighting done to that is controlled by them.  In your image, it is obviously taken at night, so it will reflect night time textures on the pop up, regardless of cockpit lighting.
