zjn2354 Posted December 2, 2020 Report Posted December 2, 2020 I am able to hear ATIS and communications when not on VATSIM, but when I log in, I only can hear the clicking from transmissions. I am able to transmit and be heard but not hear. I had the correct frequency and ensured i had the radio set correctly. Quote
Cameron Posted December 2, 2020 Report Posted December 2, 2020 This site has nothing to do with xPilot client. Their site is here: http://xpilot-project.org Quote
zjn2354 Posted December 3, 2020 Author Report Posted December 3, 2020 I should have clarified, im net to this site. It is an issue with the IXEG 737-300. Im trying to report a bug. Quote
Cameron Posted December 3, 2020 Report Posted December 3, 2020 Okay, I've moved this to the IXEG forum. Quote
Litjan Posted December 3, 2020 Report Posted December 3, 2020 Hi, I have never used VATSIM, but I am sure it is possible with the IXEG 737 or we would have heard about it before... Maybe someone else can chime in with how to set it up? Cheers, Jan Quote
fingertrouble Posted January 5, 2021 Report Posted January 5, 2021 Same here. I worked all the day to solve my XSquawkBox - Issue, just to realize it is only my beloved 737 which is unable to communicate. I also have a clicking sound from time to time (most probably when some transmissions starts and ends) and it says -voice connected- in the beginning. Karsten. Quote
Litjan Posted January 5, 2021 Report Posted January 5, 2021 Hi Karsten, unfortunately I am no guru regarding online flying and comms. I have checked the website of VATSIM, there seem to be various ways to connect - xPilot, xSquawkbox,...possibly different versions. Did you investigate an alternative or check with the devs and other users there? https://www.vatsim.net/pilots/download-required-software I don´t know what we are doing different - as far as I know the datarefs that we use for our radios are standard... Cheers, Jan Quote
fingertrouble Posted January 5, 2021 Report Posted January 5, 2021 Yepp. I tried xPilot and that worked. Thank you for your fast answer. 1 Quote
