Good day folks, I've been having this issue now for a while, sent a ticket to X-Aviation time and never got an answer, so my engines won't start and if I load the aircraft with engines running I can literally see my fuel shut off valve go to the off position after 2 minutes. The other issue is a texture issue. Looks like it's drawing multiple props in a prop.  Really frustrated because I've been waiting to stream this aircraft and bought right away and still cannot use it. Thank you

That sounds like the aircraft is failing to activate. Can you provide the log.txt file? Also please make sure the Gizmo plugin is installed and running (the X-Aviation installer should install it with the Islander) as that is what activates the aircraft.

I do have Gizmo Installed, but it keeps asking me to put the credentials every time I start the Simulator. Do you need the Log from Gizmo too?

Hm, yes please upload that as well. Gizmo certainly shouldn't be asking that every time.

I am pinging @Cameron on this, he will have a better idea on what is going on.

@Coop @Ben Russell Good evening, as promised, here is the Log and Gizmo txt. Loaded into the sim with the aircraft, put in the X-Aviation credentials (It never saves it).
Thank you :)

X-Plane is installed in the "Program Files" folder.

Windows has special functions to protect this folder from changes and it's fighting you by deleting the license file (or storing it somewhere else..).

Please try moving your X-Plane folder to somewhere like your Desktop or Documents folder and you should have better luck.

Hope that helps.
