Hi,

I am testing x-plane 11.50 b3, and SkyMAXX 4.9.2 too, occasionally I get an insufficient Vram warning (without frame drop or lag).
From the SkyMAXX menu, I read a negative VRAM count, but it does not reflect the metric received by the AMD software (and total VRAM available), which I always keep active with this beta.Memory.thumb.jpg.032f0c6625ef7a61dc5c104d4d52f4b2.jpg

X-plane config, no frame drop, lag or problem even with that advise on1812525819_Cessna_172SP-2020-04-1421_05_42.thumb.jpg.4cf65ca71b0a8cd56217c1c3839b857c.jpg

Thanks

Hm. We're querying the AMD driver directly for your total video memory and DirectX for the amount of memory used. I'm guessing AMD's tools must have access to better data that isn't exposed to us for some reason.

I suspect you are in fact using up your physical video memory on the card, but there is also some shared memory in the picture that we don't know about but the AMD tool does. It's probably tight, but if you're not seeing any performance issues, it's safe to ignore I'd say.
