Litjan Posted June 16, 2019 Report Posted June 16, 2019 Hmm, this is weird - have you added any Orthophotos to X-Plane? HD scenery? 32GB of memory is really a lot, so I could only see extensive use of Orthophotos really exceeding that. Cheers, Jan Quote

I think this began to happen after updating X-Plane 11 to version 11.35. Quote
thokle Posted September 26, 2019 Report Posted September 26, 2019 I couldn't complete a flight since XP version 11.35. Last time it crashed right after Push Back. Now XP closed right after applying the payload and fuel settings. Please fix! Quote
Litjan Posted September 26, 2019 Report Posted September 26, 2019 Hmm, it works fine here - and I guess for almost everone else as well! The usual troubleshooting procedure is to make sure you are running a totally clean XP installation, no plugins most importantly, but also a bunch of scenery can cause problems (out of memory...) Then see if the IXEG runs, and if it does, add back plugins one by one (or in batches) to identify the one that we have a compatibility problem with. Once you identified that one, we can see what the problem is. Cheers, Jan Quote
AlpineWarren Posted January 29, 2020 Report Posted January 29, 2020 Hmmm... Hadn't flown mine in a few months - No sim changes - She loads in a crashes to desktop as well. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue. Did any of you figure it out? The only add-ons I have is Live traffic, Terrain Radar, Autogate - Better pushback and Avitab - No scenery. Quote
mike cudlip Posted January 30, 2020 Report Posted January 30, 2020 Just started having the same problem. Done nothing new, not added any new plugins it just started crashing to desktop with the same memory error message in the log. Only seems to happen with the IXEG. tried the Tolliss last night and had no problems. Hope someone can come up with some help. Quote
Allan Posted January 30, 2020 Report Posted January 30, 2020 I have the same problem. When loading the 737-300 it flies for about 5 to 7 minutes then crashes to the desk top. I have been having this problem ever since they updated IXEG to the new version, the old version worked just fine. I have done multiple uninstalls. new downloads, and reinstalls to no avail. All my other airplanes work just fine. Quote
Litjan Posted January 31, 2020 Report Posted January 31, 2020 Guys, so far the track record of these issues has been pretty clear - in all cases there was some other plugin installed or other hard- or software problem on the users computer that made X-Plane crash when the IXEG 737 is running. At the risk of sounding like a broken record: Remove all your other plugins (temporarily) then see if the 737 runs fine. Then add them back (in batches) to identify the conflicting one. Jan Quote
Ben Russell Posted January 31, 2020 Report Posted January 31, 2020 Also, Log files, or it never happened. Upload the complete file, not the part that you think is important. Quote
