Joers182 Posted October 22, 2018 Report Posted October 22, 2018 So as above, what settings are you guys using in Xplane for Controller sensitivity and stability augmentation for the TBM? I'm using a logitech 3d pro joystick and saitek rudder pedals. Anyone with a similar set up? if so what settings are you using? Thanks, Joe Quote
POM Posted October 22, 2018 Report Posted October 22, 2018 Stability augmentation should be off, ALWAYS (unless you have really, really bad and noisy joystick) As far as sensitivity goes, Toto recommends 0, there is custom code that simulates air resistance on control surfaces, you might still want to add a little bit if your joystick has little travel. Aleksandar Posted October 25, 2018 Report Posted October 25, 2018 Interesting. I will experiment, as mine are all set to 50's (or higher with the AFL 172 which I have yet to enjoy!) Quote

flyboydanmke Posted October 30, 2018 Report Posted October 30, 2018 I had to set everything to 50% sensitivity and set xplane to 3 flight models per frame. Quote
Joers182 Posted October 30, 2018 Author Report Posted October 30, 2018 I'm actually starting to get reasonably comfortable with the rudder control now even at 0. I've learnt to use quiet quick sharp movements rather than big slow inputs otherwise your constantly chasing yourself. Quote
