Saab 340 unable to set altitude

I am unable to set altitude in any version of the SAAB 340 - x-plane 11 update. It appears that (by screenshot attached) altitude knob is missing,

can any one assist?

My guess is you have the scroll wheel option turned on in the user preferences. If so, the manipulator is custom and will not be "highlighted".

This plane isn't updated yet to XP11 (VR).

thank you for the suggestions. I have followed advice. still no way to change altitude (see picture). Is there a way to assign Altitude change to this item via key board assigned key? and no, i do not use x-plane VR...

Your picture does not show anything that helps to diagnose your problem.  The user pref window shows that you have scroll wheel manip selected.  Turn that off and the try using the standard manip ti change the altitude. In addition, you seem to be running several plugins, one of which may be interfering... remove them and test again.

worked like a charm. Plugin where conflicting!. Thank you again for all your support and patience. I spent a lot on X-Aviation products. I appreciate the that question (even sometime trivial) are answered.

If you ever figure out which plugin is conflicting please let us know.

Alternatively, upload a Log.txt file with all your plugins installed and we can figure out a general idea of which ones it might be.
