Japo32 Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 Hello!Well these days have been totally disaster for me in concentration on my own planes but I am starting to have strong to start another project. While the CRJ is still on development.. I could start my 6th plane.... but don't know what I want to do. I was thinking on a fighter.. Mig29 maybe?... I wanted to make the F16 but already there are going to be 1 freeware and 2 payware of it.. so no.Also on a Sailor plane.... with little engine inside.........What would you like to see. Independently on flighter.. or whatever.I know this can be a mess post.... but maybe I can have a clue here to next step. Of course my limitations are always programming, and I cannot do by my own FMC stuff or other things like that. I am starting with Gizmo.. but trully I cannot garanty a good programming on any plane by myself. Now there is a strong competence around and it is not easy to just make a plane and don't sell too much of it. I have to be secured that plane will be loved (if done correctly of course)best,Javier
YYZatcboy Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 I'd love to see a good Flying Fortress. Not really exactly what you're talking about... but would still be cool!http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_B-17_Flying_Fortress
WombatBoy Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 I would love to see a good P-51 at some point. With your epic 3D and texturing skills....mmm, I'm drooling at the thought of it already. The normal maps on the Mentor are so amazing, picturing them on a P-51 has got me excited.
woweezowee Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 Hoping that the c208 and DHC6 are still in active development, I'd say you could fill the gap between the default c172 and the upcoming c208 by modelling a C206.
MaidenFan Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 Make an EA-6B, or something Navy related. E-2 Hawkeye, S-3 Viking, etc.
StevenM Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 BN-2 Islander or the Quest Kodiak. Maybe the DH CaribouWould love to do this kind of crazy stuff:
Maxime Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 I would love to see a Lambert Mission M212-200http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?aircraft_genericsearch=Lambert%20Mission&distinct_entry=trueBest,Maxime
woweezowee Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 BN-2 Islander or the Quest Kodiak. Maybe the DH CaribouWould love to do this kind of crazy stuff: Quest Kodiak would get my vote, too.
Pete_SMS Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 I would love to see a great Bush Plane...Something like a very nice Piper Super Cub or a DHC-2 Beaver.
hobofat Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 I also vote for the Quest Kodiak. An amazing plane. The only downside to it in terms of creating it is the G1000 it uses.
woweezowee Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 I would love to see a great Bush Plane...Something like a very nice Piper Super Cub or a DHC-2 Beaver. We already have those, made by Shade Tree Micro Aviation.Vote with us on the Kodiak. It's the most modern Bush Plane (STOL) that's available.I agree on the G1000, but then there's the Corvalis also done by XA - sounds like possibilities http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=quest+kodiak&aq=f
namaui Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 What about an old propliner like the Lockheed Constellation?
blizzard84 Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 There are a few planes I would love to see you build. A T-38 Talon or the Gulfstream G650 or G550T-38 Talon: http://richard.ferriere.free.fr/3vues/t38_3v.jpgG650: http://www.flightglobal.com/airspace/media/businessaircraftcutaways/images/20619/gulfstream-g650-cutaway.jpgG550: http://www.flightglobal.com/airspace/media/businessaircraftcutaways/images/5944/gulfstream-g550-cutaway.jpgOut of those though, I would def. say the T-38 first
