I purchased the IXEG and ran it on my iMac back in April 2016. Activation #1.

I then reinstalled it on my new Windows machine back in July/August 2016. Activation #2.

On my account page, it says I have 1 download remaining.

I've been dealing with some hardware technical difficulties with my Windows computer. I just re-seated my RAM and reinstated my overclock. The IXEG on loading wants me to activate it. This will be activation #3.

Depending on how the hardware testing goes,  I might have to send the computer in for certain components to be replaced. If that is the case, I will have to re-activate again.

I wanted to check in to see what the official activation policy was, because I sure as heck don't want to run out of activations and be expected to pay another $75.

Thank you in advance.

As I understand... the limit applies to the download of the installer and not the activation itself. Keep the installer (the 20mb file) and that's it. Correct me if I'm wrong! and I will delete the post to avoid confusion.

Most protection systems reference the NIC card to know if it is a different machine. I don't know if this is the case with this. And I am pretty sure LeChuck is correct, it's downloads. Not sure about activation limits.
