Weird bug in X-Plane?

Have any of you seen these white "dots" spread around randomly in 9.60? I've seen these on a numerous locations, and they are not clouds.... nor do they belong to any custom scenery!

Has this been reported?

I've been seeing these as well once in a while. At first I thought it was smoke from a fire, but there is no source. Would like to know as well  ???

It's the first time I see this. ??? It looks like a forest fire under the water. Amazing !

Try to desactivate forest fires or to water bomb the sea.

Forest fires and balloons are turned off, don't care for them very much... So it's definitely not that.

I might just send this one off to Austin.

I did some more investigations and I can only reproduce this behaviour with the Mentor. As soon as I switch back to the mentor the "cloud puff" reappears somewhere not too far from the airport, and it's always in the same position. I've taken off from two locations, and both are consistent and only visible with the Mentor.

Is that similar to what you've seen, Warmbrak?

Perhaps Javier or Cameron can shed som light on this weird issue?

My fires, birds and deer are switched off as well, and it might only be when the Mentor is running. Will try it and report back.

I flew the Mentor again, and now I cannot find the smoke. I'm sure it was there 2 days ago. Tried a whole bunch of aircraft today and haven't seen it again.  :-\

I saw it while flying the x737 yesterday, looked like a forest fire (on land), but Ihad the option disabled.

I haven't seen the smoke but since i updated to 9.6 rc2 there are some random black squares poping here and there , they don't stay long but kind of anoying

With 9.61rc2 I also found the smoke !!!
