I placed an order for several items costing $277.00. I could not install a single one no matter how many times I download the files. The problem is that after selecting the Windows setup file after extraction, The splash screen for X-Aviation is really tiny and you cannot enter your information to activate the product and there is no way to expand the window so you can enter the email and password. I sent a request into tech support for help and waited the week they asked for, not happy, but I did it since they said they usually answer in 3 days and not to submit another email because it would delay things. I waited 2 weeks and sent another email asking to get what I paid for, no luck, no response after 4 weeks I sent a note to the purported founder of this gaggle, no answer, waited another week and messaged him again, no luck, no reply. Good thing I paid with PayPal! There is no other way to contact them, no phone number, nothing. However, a search of Business records in Florida shows numerous complaints to which they did not respond. So beware, Customer Service will not email you back if you have a problem. Look elsewhere for product. There are more reputable dealers out there unless you want a product that only X-Aviation sells. My advise to X-Aviation, close shop and open under a new name because I'm filing a complaint with the NC Attorney Generals Office, easy to do online and they call you back in less that 2 business days. And PayPal is the best bet against not getting what you pay for from Internet shopping.

I downloaded Skymaxx pro a few days ago and have been unable to install the program. Every time I go to enter my 'customer email address' it keeps asking me to 'specify a value'. I have sent an email to x-aviation the moment I couldn't install the software, does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply, or is there an easy solution? thanks in advance

Hello, I want to thank you for the email follow up after I purchased the 737 Classic. It was a very pleasant surprise and it shows me that this Classic will get outstanding developer support. The price that you chose for the 737 Classic is very reasonable and I had expected it to be closer to or over $90USD. I expect everyone who flies airliners in X-Plane will own this beauty and support your work. Unfortunately I just replaced my harddrive with a very large SSD and I am in the process of reinstalling X-Plane10. As impatient as I am to try the new 737 Classic, I've forgotten how long it takes to install X-Plane. But once I get everything installed, I am really looking forward to taking it for a spin. The 737 has been my favorite aircraft for years, whether it is the 200, Classic or NG. I have read a lot on them and am fairly well versed on its operation, so I'll just be jumping in and going pretty quick. I have had Cpt. Mike Ray's book on the 737 Classic for several years and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to fly this aircraft like it is supposed to be flown. It is easy and entertaining reading, but full of great complete knowledge in the Classics operation. I see you are also offering it along with the simulation. That is a great idea.
