What a pain. Sometimes video card drivers can be one of the 30 issues. Either try updating, or if u already did, can u revert to an earlier one before the last xp version? Since January eh? Argggh..

Probably right Kesomir, as Chips computer doesn't seem that much more faster than my i7 920, but once xp takes better advantage of the cores. Even with mine, I'll often have 4 or more of the virtual cores twiddling their thumbs, or doing other things. Could be good times when 10 is out!

Yep guys, I was just proof reading with Chip before, in fits of laughter at the massive specs of his new machine and it still fogging up (who really needs 24gb of memory?)Looks a promising craft, but clearly more work needed. But once u surf the web and watch a few vids with one, something unexplainable happens, sort of like cocaine? Not that I know, I stopped at heroin :-) And it's much faster than using a laptop. iPad 1 basic (my one) is a bargain. U don't need 3G

Same here Ben, I'm waiting for that Retina display before even thinking of replacing our one. Plus it will take app producers awhile to get to grips with it. I am busting for the iPhone 5 though, I'm free from contract slavery next mth! I'd be stupid to get a 4 this late in cycle, and my trusty 3GS still runs pretty quick. FaceTime is irrelevant for me (you really don't want to see mine!)

Wow, a fine but hot day. Turned up late, but saw more statics than I thought. Actually spent awhile in the GA area, after xplane teaching me to appreciate these more. The F22 up close, the reflections off the surface were beautiful. Attack dogs, police swarming everywhere. The crew said no flying display as the display pilot was not available. I tried to offer my services! Standing under the wing of the B1 bomber was an experience! Seeing the Corvalis up close, she's got nice curves More pics, with better quality, in the near future.

Looks hectic! Too much so for me, but I'd getit just to marvel at the effects- "ooh, look at the pretty light reflections of the blood gushing out of my abdomen"..

Nice new toy Maxime, runs very well for a lappy. Funny, I was conjecturing today what Austin might do with the new ipad2! Twice the speed and 9 times graphics performance? Might run the full Xplane9 pretty well... Had to go to the Mac Store today to pick up a battery back up for the airshow tomorrow. Talk about a packed shop! With ipad 1's down to under $400, no wonder.

Looks nice, but surely CGI pre-rendered, not in-game footage! Wish it was.
