You know that soon is a relative measure. Say for example I was working on a project for 6 years. At the beginning of the 5th year, you ask me how long until it's released. I'd say soon. Seeing as how I've just completed 5 years of work, 1 more year would be relatively short in comparison to the amount of time that I previously spent devoting my time to finishing the project. They need to make sure that everything is at least functional before they release it or people wild complain that there are bugs.

That's just the thing. His release didn't improve on any of the features of MAXX FX. His can be equated to generic cereal brands. It's like JohnMAXX is selling Lucky Charms, and on the shelf below his, he's (the develeoper of BLU-FX) selling Leprechaun Marshmallow-Os. His is like a watered down version that's named differently, but we all know what he's imitating.

I think it may be a little disrespectful to potential customers in another direction in this forum section. I could understand if you did it in another part of this site's forum, but to place it here seems to be a tad bit lacking in taste and tact.

Also, are you deleting the aircraft when you ask for a refund? I can understand why they've banned you from buying from the .org store; what you're doing is borderline theft. I would probably ban you too if you kept buying aircraft then asking for a refund without deleting the aircraft.
