Hi guys, can anyone tell me if it's possible to retract the ADG once deployed? I accidentally clicked on the ADG control and I don't know how to make it retract (clicking again doesn't do anything). Thanks Dave

Are there ground shadows visible for the clouds?

+1 FSE is very good and gives genuine purpose for doing flights. At the beginning of your career (where I am) the immediate goal seems to be to own your own plane, yet it seems so frustratingly far away as flying jobs with rented planes is not very lucrative. I'm sure with patience and time it will come though. What it does is give me plenty of value out of Tom Curtis' North-west US/Canada/Alaska sceneries for XP.

Maybe AA performance is a factor with HDR being taken up by all. HQ AA in HDR mode kills fps, with lower levels being faster but visually less pleasing.

If a VA has a selection of company livery freeware aircraft that are of acceptable quality complete with a 3D VC, I could be tempted. However most VA aircraft (in my experience) are old hand-me-downs of debatable quality and no VC, which (with respect) I would not touch with a barge pole when there are much better and more interesting payware aircraft available. A VA that refuses payware pireps is kinda shooting itself in the foot if it wants to grow. No disrespect but good luck!

My Xmas pressie to myself...

SATA Dash 8 way off course over the Pyrenees in the early morning. Default XP10 apart from the plane & the clouds.

I agree with some caveats: although the add-ons are starting to approach the quality of the very best FSX stuff (note quite as nice as the very best but still excellent), what does it for me is the 10.20 autogen which makes default FSX look very "2006". I just grabbed myself a GTX680 with 4GB Vram and XP10 looks very sweet with maxed-out objects. Cities are starting to look like cities I don't even need HDR which causes crashes for me anyway. Most looking forward to the A320 Neo although as mentioned, the IXEG 737 does look promising indeed. Oh and the x737 with 3D cockpit should be excellent too. Dave
