Hi John, sorry to bother in the wake of the SMP4 release. A friend of mine, Richard, bought MaxxFX tonight but can't activate it. He can't back into his account with X-Aviation, didn't receive an Email for a password reset (including spam folder) and can't get into the forums as well.
