    the Jetstream 32 is my one favorite aircraft and what I don't do is to not re-lock the controls, it's part of my shut-down procedure. I haven't had one problem with this procedure, not one. Try it.

    there is a knob "Demist/floor" on the center console, a/c section, select "demist" and that should do the trick. Make sure you do have the fan switch ON and the temp knobs in the warm section.
