  1. For me, the simulate control stiffening at high airspeed does not work very well. I have to move my joystick in all directions to follow the FD. I disabled this option in te airframe manager and it flies much better.
  2. The Weight is entered in "payload": but What does it have to do With VNAV ?
  3. Ios in general (iPhone too...). No need now to convert kg or l to gal
  4. Hy guys, May mac users here tell me if the CWS button is working on their config ? Thanks for the information.

    VNAV

As said in another post, to enter the VNAV mode, the new altitude must be set less than 5mn before the TOD (as the real thing : see Garmin manual). I am on Mac too, and it works very well.
  6. Hello, Sorry to come to this matter again. I confirm an issue with the CWS button : When I press it on the yoke (or a mapped joystick button), the CWS annunciation does not appear on the PFD. The AP annunciation comes in yelloW, but nothing else. A Mac issue maybe ?
  7. Thanks again for answering. I will try again to engage the CWS mode. You're right, I made a confusion about TOGA : it is not the button "Engage TOGA Power", but another one, in the autopilot menu.
  8. Thank you for your answer. But : When I press the CWS button, the FD does not synchronize and no CWS annunciation appears on the PFD... No matter if I have a lateral mode engaged or not. For TOGA command, there is a post here where it is said that this option would be available...
  9. The XP command doesn't seem to work as it should for me : when you push and maintien this command, the autopilot should keep the new roll or pitch attitude. It is not the case. May you give me more precision about the way you are using this (useful) command ? Thanks for answering. Ps : it's the same when I try to map a button for the TOGA command. The TOGA thrust does not engage.
  10. You are right, but passing torque 80, it remains very difficult to keep the axis of the runway. For me now, the trick is not to raise the torque up to 100, but to stay at 80-85, waiting 90 kts to take off.
  11. You'll find the link at the end of the Quick Start manual.
  12. It's very difficult for me to control the TBM on runway during the T/O, when torque exceeds 50/60. The rudder control seems to be too much sensitive for my pedals (CH Product), even if I move them very smoothly. I have tested all kind of settings in x-plane menu (control sensitivity), but none of them is very convincing. I would be nice if some people here, with the same hardware, could give me some advice. Thank you !
  13. Hello, perhaps this could help you (Garmin manual) : Prior to descent path interception, the Selected Altitude must be set below the current aircraft altitude by at least 75 feet. For the flight director to transition from Altitude Hold to Vertical Path Tracking Mode, acknowledgment is required within five minutes of descent path interception by: • Pressing the VNV Key • Adjusting the Selected Altitude If you have set your new altitude more than 5 minutes before the TOD, nothing occurs. You have to turn the ALT button a bit to initiate your descent.
  14. Thank you, I will get a try.
  15. Hello, Is it possible to map the CWS button of the yoke to a key or a joystick's button ? Thank you for your answer.
  16. It did happen to me too when I tried to test my joystick configuration with engines off : you then break the propeller. Quite a bit expensive for a virtual test! A very simple way to get a repair for free (curious that I did not see already this tip on this forum) : in the airframe manager, create a new airframe (it will copy the previous one) and erase the broken one. You will get a plane as new.
  17. Hi Jim, I prepare all my flights with simbrief. And as I fly in Europe most of the time, I check the CFMU validation by using charts from Navigraph. On my mac, the X52 Pro does perfectly the job.
  18. Hello guys, Does anyone here have written a topcat conf file for this aircraft ? Thanks anyway, Cheers, Daniel.
  19. Hello, Just a minor bug here : the 2 stall alarm test buttons are not working (no sound). Thank you very much for this update, Daniel.
  20. Didn't you get the checklist ? You have to say "Open Sesame "!! Happy Christmas !
  21. Hi captains, May you confirm that everything is OK when flying our favorite bird with XP 11.10 final ? Or is it better to wait for the next update before downloading XP 11 final version ? Thanks for your advices, Daniel.
  22. Hello, I waited a long time before updating my Mac OS to Sierra. May I proceed to this update right now ad run without issues the 737 IXEG, CRJ200, SKyMacPro, etc. ? I think the latest version of Gizmo is provided by the recent updates of all this add-ons, isn't it ? Thanks for answering, Daniel.
  23. Hello Jan, thank you for your answer. I will try to change my sunglasses for next flights ! Back to work really ? In a cockpit, arent't you ALWAYS in vacation ? Tchüss, Daniel.
  24. Hello, After all, congratulations for the IXEG team. The aircraft flights perfectly in XP11. I couldn't find just one bug for noW : never seen this before ! May I make a suggestion for future adjustments : Would it be possible to have the instruments more readable in daylight ? especially for those one With red figures. Once again, thanks a lot for this update : another "coup de maître", as We say in french, for IXEG. Daniel.
