  1. That is a rather long wish list … Free things are nice but you should give us more detail on which ‘selected cities’ (there is big world out there !). Maintaining the best fps performance is a little subjective, not knowing which GPU you have. Free aircraft are usually not too hungry and don't eat up your VRAM. FPS is a complex result of of adequate settings versus the hardware you and the aircraft and scenery combination you would like to use. Air Force One is available as freeware as livery for the stock 747 that comes with X-Plane 10 on a another site. For the other question the answer can only be given if you give a little bit more details. You ask ch yoke or logitech 3d stick? I think you will never anger the purchase of a control system with pedals if you to fly helicopters or any aircraft more accurately and easily.
  2. I would like to know why the user ryma disagrees with this post. It is your right, but knowing your opinion would help me to improve my work. Without feedback it is difficult to assess the value of ones work. Thank you…
  3. If you are looking for a beta tester on the Mac, I am your man
  4. LES Duchess in the Alps with HD2 Mesh
  5. Nice video… strait to the point …
  6. Thanks for the generous support of some who offered me a virtual cop of coffee. Sorry for the error of attribution of the paint-kit, Leen de Jager. Your liveries deserve compliments. The paintkit you published elsewhere will be very helpful to adjust another livery that slowly gets finished.
  7. Gizmo should be installed by the SAAB's installer to fly the SAAB 340 as far as I know…
  8. I have it on X-Plane 10.25 and I only use the 64bit version, may be it the wrong version of the plugin?
  9. Glad it worked …
  10. That is a matter of coding I think … as I am not a programmer I would not dare to elaborate on that field.
  11. I am very happy with Mavericks 10.9.2 on my mid 2011 iMac 27' with 16 GB RAM and the AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB. X-Plane runs smoothly with settings closer to the top then to the bottom.
  12. SAS did operate a single SAAB 340 for a short period of time. They used the SAAB 2000 much longer. The flags on the tail should be shields and not flags — having flown many times in this paint scheme of SAAS in the 1980. Good luck with your work
  13. I just opened a virgin paintkit from the SAAB 340 with Photoshop. For those files there effectively only two layers or one. The solution is to use the paint layer to do the color using the blending technics available in Gimp (which I do not know). In Photoshop I use either Multiply or Overlay depending on the background and the color to be applied. It is trial and error process that can take some time to master. —You open de paint-kit file, — do your coloring on the extra layer — export the layers in one single PNG file. Do your livery and test it in X-Plane, as the SAAB 340 is too large for Plane Maker.
  14. The worldwide Master library was present for the test. At least the library that was inside the folder for the latest 0.4 sceneries. Might be a problem during decompression.
  15. really looking forward to use it…
  16. I tested after downloading France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands and Switzerland and got an error message about missing item or more likely facades. I might redo the test later using another toll to decompress the files…
  17. Fine … no tail number gives a broader audience…
  18. Feedback is a very precious thing, knowing that people like or dislike once work is vital for the painter. As I mentioned on the release page, I choose to publish this livery without registration number. If someone has a good registration he or she would like to have on the plane send me a message through the system here.
  19. File Name: FedEx BAe Jetstream 32 File Submitter: kickremi File Submitted: 23 Apr 2014 File Category: Heavy Metal X-Plane Version(s): X-Plane 10 Livery For: Click Here For Aircraft This is a fictional Federal Express livery for the BAe Jetstream 32 from Javier Rollon requested by users in this forum http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/4991-fedex-livery-for-js32/#entry72301. It is fictional so I purposely omitted registration numbers on the plane. Lacking real world model I used some artistic liberty to adapt Federal Express corporate identity to this aircraft model. As the BAe Jetstream 32 is not a cargo plane I kept it as shuttle aircraft to carry executives and pilots. Your feedback is very welcome and useful as it gives me the input to improve and continue my work. Many thanks for your support and happy flying Livery made and pictures taken on an iMac running Mac OS 10.9 and X-pLane 10.25 64 bit. Running SkyMaxx Pro and MaxxFX. To install unzip this archive and put the full folder in to your livery folder in the BAe Jetstream 32 folder. Click here to download this file
  20. Any body interested by the livery?
  21. Very nice…
  22. The livery is now online http://forums.x-pilot.com/files/file/667-fedex-livery-javier-rollons-bae-jetstream-32/. Your feedback is very welcome. If you find it ugly or nice let me know! Without feedback painting aircraft is not fun.
