Where can I find how many miles left and what time until my TOD?

Not sure if this is a bug or something I am doing wrong. When I disengage the A/P and A/T, I am not getting back control of the throttles. I get the graphic in the lower right to sync back up my throttles, but the throttles in the plane do not move. It's like they are still in auto mode. I am clicking the ATS button on the glare shield and then pressing the buttons on the back of the throttle handles, but that doesn't help. I am getting the disconnect message and clearing that message but it's not working. I am having to re-engage the ATS and land using the speed dial while the auto throttles maintain that speed. Not sure if this is the latest version issue as I've flown four flights with it so far and two ctd and two had the throttle issue. I don't recall this happening in previous versions, but then again I was fumbling my way around. Good news is I am at least finishing the flights now. Any help would be appreciated.

Why are we not allowed to step back to an earlier version?

Can't activate an older version I see. Activation works, but screens say I'm not activated. When is 1.3 scheduled to release?

Any solution to these?
