  1. Thanks, Anthony, for your reply. But the issue is independed from my room light. I had a similar experience with the Phenom 300, where the Reflections can be disabled with its Plugin Tool. Thus I hoped there might be any similar solution for the Cirrus. But seems not - The producers are different.
  2. Hi friends, sometimes with sun from back the panel is dazzling to much (see picture). Is it possible to disable the reflections? O. k., I can change the time, but it's only a workaround ...
  3. O. K. I can see the reaction of the lamp. But pls. bear with me; I have only Sim experience and don’t feel cold air at my feet – So pls. have a look to the picture to ensure, if I have understood correctly. Everything correct? P. S.: If I want to defrost the screen, I would turn the Cabin Heat to Hot, of course. But this view is only for my understanding.
  4. O. k. thanks, Coop. On the right side of the ECS panel is a button, containing a repeat symbol (see picture). What is its function? It seems to be modeled, but the lamp doesn’t switch on, when I do several trials with switches on the bolster panel.
  5. Not satisfying, but thanks for your response -
  6. In your SR22 AIM.pdf on page 4-2 within Inadvertent Icing Encounter I find Windshield Defrost ................ FULL OPEN Where can I find that switch?
  7. In comparision with the SR22 Laminar I try to use a comparable Weight, Balance, & Fuel. Therefore I use the FSE Override and tried to fill the menu accordingly. But I stumbled over some errors: 1. I discovered that the TKS and Oxigene indication on the System page don't react. They always stay on maximum values. 2. When changing the Units from Metric to US everything is changed from KG to lbs including the TKS. But that value should be in gal. It should better fit to your description on page 2-13 in SR22 AIM.pdf, and shouldn't be worse than the Laminar SR22 - 3. Futhermore I discovered that the Pilot, Passenger and Baggage is set back to 0.0 when changing the aircraft back and forth. The Laminar SR22 bring them back corrrectly. I use XP Rev 12.07r1 and TorqueSim SR22 G1000 2.0.1 All three items work correctly with SR22 Laminar. What's your opinion to that?
  8. Hi Captains, I installed the latest Version on XP12. Since I had only 20 FPS instead of 33 with V1.4.0 in XP11, I tried to update it on XP11 as well. I ran the same installer.exe, and the process looked pretty similar, but the result was again V1.4.0. Could anybody confirm, that it isn't possible to load V2.0.1 in XP11?
  9. Just another question: for calculation the landingspeed with 1.3*Vs, I found Vs speeds on Pg 5-2 in TS-SR22-AIM.pdf. There I find the abbreviation CG and in the table FWD CG and AFT CG. What do they mean? Thanks in advance -
  10. o. k., after first rolling, taxiing on page 3-10, that's clear, but on page 3-14 I was passing the Descent checklist ...?!
  11. Hi Experts, when I walk through the Descent Checklist on TS-SR22-AIM Pg. 3-14 I pass the check Brake Pressure. Where/How can I check that, and what have I to do? I don't find any display on MFD - Thanks in advance -
  12. Surprised? Why? It is the same setting you could have noticed on the pictures above from my former posts – I don’t have any problems with that most the times, except in this IMC-situation. But you can trust me: I haven’t sent that to you, if I haven’t checked all the other five sliders before, Visual Effect, Texture Quality, Number of World Objects, Reflection Detail and Anisotropic Filtering. All on left side didn’t improve the FPS but only the Antialiasing. Any idea according to the stutter from the Log.txt file?
  13. .... The Graphics Setting of the Flight - starts with Setting |HDR anti-aliasing set to 1 at 25 FPS: no stutter - changes with Setting |HDR anti-aliasing set to 3 at 10 FPS: no stutter - changes with Setting |HDR anti-aliasing set to 4 at 9 FPS: stutter (at the end of Log_20220406_1.txt) - changes with Setting |HDR anti-aliasing set to 2 at 17 FPS: sometimes stutter (search in Log_20220406_2.txt) Compared with my post on November 24, 2021 I had to reduce the anti-aliasing slider back to step 1 (FXAA) to get a stable flight without stutter. During the flight (Going around, Missed Approach Procedure and new approach until Final) the FPS is changing between 14 and 25, mainly at 18. But somewhere I reached again only 10 FPS where the stutter starts again. So, I reduced the Antialiasing to lowest: - changes with Setting |HDR anti-aliasing set to 0 at 10 FPS: stutter (search in Log_20220406_4.txt) Since it effects in no FPS improvement, the stutter kept staying. Somewhere it disappeared (12-14 FPS), but when the aircraft turned left on leg (D-13. of Approach-EDDN-I28-Z (10 FPS), stutter started again. This is the printout of Log_20220406_4.txt. I added the three log files to your convenience as you asked for in in your post on November 24, 2021. May it could help you to find the root cause. 10 FPS is not the best to fly, but it does fly. Flying with stutter is impossible, because the cockpit is stuttering as well and you can’t reliably hit any button. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Gerhard Log_20220406.rar
  14. Hi CooP, I’m back again with some new stutter experiences. I loaded real weather situation with FS Global Real Weather (X-Plane 11 Edition), did my trials until I found the Antialiasing slider as the most effectful lever to influence the stutter. I stored the flight and loaded it today again, but without the weather tool. Weather situation: Wind 320/7, Visibility 9 -RA, SkyCon 900FEW, 1100BRK, 2700SCT, Temp 09/08, Area QNH1020 The aircraft is at 6000ft totally within clouds, different as above in my post on November 24, 2021, where I was slightly below the cloud bottom limit, where I had still 25 FPS during stutter. So, the Visual Effects didn’t have some effects, because in the outside view everything is white.
  15. A year later ... Meanwhile I bought the Honeycomb throttle and configured it as a single engine unit with only one throttle (no mixture) and the engine runs without any combustion flooded stuff! It all depends on configuration possibilities, which was to be proved -
  16. Your reference to pg. 16 of the SR22 AIM according the Pitch Trim System supports further details to my interest: It is an electrical motor, that set up the neutral position of the compression spring cartridge in the elevator control system. That reminds me a bit of the initial adjustment of the car’s headlights when you turn on the engine key or button. Since the electrical motor supports the mechanical spring system, I’ll revise my “old school” a bit
  17. Please calm yourself, Andreas. I mean the programming, not the CAPS itself. That is, of course, a very good safety device! And if you follow the checklist for training purposes, why not a cover in the net –
  18. My picture according to automatic looks something like electronics. So, what I’ve read anywhere has to be better named as yours “snap back”. O. K., that’s it, so far, thanks a lot, and coming back to my origin attention: Before Take Off I had to check, if the stick axis is sync to the T.O. position, isn’t it?
  19. Any idea to the automatic setting? There is a coolie hat on the yoke, but not animated. What is the function in real? Does it change the pitch trim?
  20. Oh, what a mystical gimmick - But may be it is real, isn't it?
  21. manually on the stick! How oldschool ... anyway, something to monitor.
  22. Sometimes I discover a DVD in the right door's net, but nothing happens when I click on that. And I haven’t really understood the system behind its appearance. When does it appear and what can I do with that?
  23. On page 35 of „SR22 AIM.pdf” I stuck at the one before last “Before Take Off” check: Trim … SET Takeoff. 1. What do I have to do exactly and where? I grant, this is the first aircraft where I haven’t yet found a pitch trim indicator which has to be checked normally every time before takeoff - I discovered in internet descriptions, that this aircraft has an automatic setting of the pitch trim. 2. Thus, what does this check should request to me, when pitch trim will be done by automatic? 3. What kind of manufacturer security is behind that to omit it? If there will be a failure, I haven’t just even the possibility to check it somewhere on the panel to stay on ground - Gerhard
  24. What does this switch in the Load Manager exactly do? I neither recognize any changes when switching nor identified any comment in the Manual.
