Cameron, you...are a hero! Removing FM from the plugins, that worked. I cannot thank you enough for your perseverance and patience in working me through this. I am so very appreciative. Now to finally fly and enjoy this plane.

My bad. That was because I had removed all the plugins to test for a problem. I do get this pop up occasionally from the Gizmo console that might show part of the problem. Maybe I need a new Gizmo? Where do I get that if you think I need it? BTW, ignore that I was loading up the Hold My Beer SR22...just to see if THAT one worked!!

Well, an internet or network connection isn't the problem. I'm able to be on the internet, log onto websites, etc. Next, I completely disabled my anti-virus web program, Web-Root. Shut it all down using task manager. Tried to start the SR22 again, same problem. Lastly I went to another install of XP12 on my system, on another drive, with the firewalls and web anti virus still off, I moved all the plugins from the resource/plugins folder except the necessary ones for XP to function. Restarted....same result. I'm out of what to do's now. Here's the last log file from the different install, without plugins and with the firewalls removed. Any further help appreciated. Log.txt

Hello, I've had the SR22 in my hangar for some time now and haven't really flown it. I have done updates when released to keep current. My problem: in the SR22 Entegra, none of the switches move, I can hear a click but never see the switches move with the exception of the starter and the alt static source and fuse panel popouts, but the switches on the panel don't do anything. Even worse is that I typically have the plane set to start with engines running. In the case of the SR22 Entegra the engine will be running at start up, this lasts for about 10 seconds and the engine slows and dies. Then: I don't know how to restart the engine and get this plane started! The glass cockpit displays don't display either although the center console GPS Garmin units are illuminated. Bottom line: I need help or a manual that will take me through starting and flying this aircraft.

I too would like the GTN 750 incorporated, but in the meantime if you run the 750 in the background and pop it up, anything flight plan you program into the 750 will be reflected or used by the 530. Lots of folks don't know that. I have other planes that only have the 530, but I pop up the 750 from the background (I have a hotkey) and make my flight plan on the 750 and it will show in the 530 and the autopilot will follow it right on the 530 display.

I got notification that a new upgrade was available this morning for the SR22 Entegra series. I downloaded the 1.1.0 file and did the install, and the knobs and buttons don't work, they clik when you clik on them but the buttons don't move...fuel switch, any of the dash buttons for avionics or battery etc. Even the door pulls don't open the doors. I removed the files entirely and then did another install and the same happens. I also can't keep the engine (running at start up) running. CTRL+Shift+E won't restart them. Any ideas?

I have the GTN 750 on my panel as an overlay on top of the 530. Because of that the GTN 750 buttons don't respond ON THE PANEL but I have assigned the GTN 750 pop up to a keyboard stroke ( I use the Ins key). When I do that, the pop up appears and I make my changes, they show up on the smaller panel version. So basically the pop up buttons work to drive the panel overlay. The map and other functions still follow as they should.

Meanwhile there's a big sale on at the X-Plane.org store and the money is burning a hole in my pocket. If they don't release the SR22 soon, it'll be gone.

I want to publicly thank Cameron for his assistance in resolving my issue, an email or two and he told me what to do to get flying again. I won't post what I did because I think every situation is unique, but make a ticket, wait for a response and it will hopefully get resolved.

Mine is fixed. Cameron had me try a couple things, and it worked. I'm hesitant to say what I tried because every situation is different and I don't want to suggest what fixed mine will fix someone elses. I have to say be patient, work with Cameron, and trust that he has more knowledge of his products than we do.

Fair enough. To a total X-Plane hobbyist, with very little knowledge of what is causing my favorite planes to be unflyable, anything turns out to be grasping at straws when a problem even remotely appears to be similar. My frustration (and probably yours as well) is when folks don't give at least their best description of what changed, what updates they did, etc ect. and include some clues as to operating system to help you guys find the problem. Mine is mere hours old, I applaud the speed with which I got a reply that a ticket had been made and will patiently wait for a fix. In the meantime, if there's log files you need, I will send them along if requested. Thanks for clarification on the above.

I put in a ticket very late last night. Woke up hours later to find that the ticket has been created. That's FAST and to their credit. I'm not fixed yet, but I truly believe that with the number of folks who have written with a similar problem, that it will be resolved fairly quickly. Submit a ticket, describe the problem to the best of your ability so that X-Aviation can perhaps spot a trend and then patiently wait and hope for a quick fix. I found the problem involved my BN-2 Islander, my BN-2T, the TBM900 and the LES Saab 340 (maybe my favorite).

Same here. I've never had X-Plane installed in other than D drive, never run anything but Windows 10 on this computer, and it's been running fine until the last couple Saab 340 updates. With the one about a week ago, I began getting a notice of Flying with Lua shutting down, I didn't know what that cause was. Then with this update got the repeated prompts to reauthorize the same computer which does nothing but repeat when I provide the computer name. In the meantime, the nifty little icon bar (Gizmo run) is gone, and I no longer have auto-start so I can't fly the plane.

Honestly? What if we're already using Windows 10 and still have the problems? I'd take a look at the forum posts here....many are already reporting problems associated with the latest update and they all seem to point to Gizmo. In the meantime, we can't fly.

I wonder if this is what caused me to lose the auto-start, camera, etc on the panel that pops out from the right side??? I just did the Saab 1.63 upgrade and I entered my activation info and then it came back asking me to authorize my computer (which has already been done, I'm afraid to de-authorize the prior authorizations). Now my Saab 340 is not useable because I rely upon the auto-start sequence.

I updated and when I filled in my activation info it asked me to authorize my computer. What? I typed in my computer name and it was already there and authorized. I also lost the little side panel where the auto-start and camera and such was. Now, I tried to roll back to 1.62 and it gave the same problems. Wish I had left well enough alone as well. Now I can't use my plane because I rely upon auto-start.

N954L View File This is a livery for the BN2T. It is fictitious but sports an indian head logo on the tail for any name you want. I use Iriquois Air in my fictitious world but any indian based name would work - Blackhawk, Cheyenne, Shawnee, etc in your world. I cleaned up one of the stock liveries although not perfectly as every plane that flies isn't showroom pristine. Hope you like this. It is JUST the object file.
