Water could look blue, or it could look more grey. It's just the sky reflecting in the ocean, and the reason it looks bluer in the tropics is because of salinity, clearness and depth of the water. If it's cloudy, than yes. The water will look more grey. I'm the same as Jim. I find the msfs interface annoying and hard to use. Check out this video. You can see Austin playing around a little. There appears to be a few changes here and there.

Tom, what you say is true, and I agree with you. If it's so important to you, then why don't you start a topic somewhere else? I just don't why we have to bring negativity into a topic like this. (Sorry if I sounded a bit rude in this post. I couldn't think of another way to say it.)

Sure it's strange that there hasn't been much hype at the .org, but why is it a big deal? Frankly, I don't care what Nicolas wants to advertize, because i know that I am excited for X-plane 10. This is a time for celebration, so why can't we all just look forward to the release and not bring more .org crap into this.

I put The crj-200 file in desktop/x-plane 9/aircraft folder

Just today, I downloaded Jrollon's crj-200 1.2, and installed it the way I install all planes. I lauched the setup.exe, and. I put it in my aircraft folder, and launched the plane, put x-plane crashed after I opened it. What's going on?!?

The other day, I was messing around with the environment properties of earth on x-plane, and I stupidly forgot to write down the original pressure at sea level. I've tried getting it close, but the aircraft just don't seem to handle normally. If someone could get me a screenshot of your environment properties under "Special/Set environment properties". Thanks.

You're right. If only there was a way to make phono sceneries look crisp, even when you are really close, because I do not like textureless, ugly grass beside the taxiways, runways, ect. Some day.

The photo textures on the ground look marvelous from very far away, but when you get in close, it makes me cringe. I guess overall, it's the best x-plane original scenery out there for LAX.

Number 1's gotta be xpjets 777-300er. That's just gonna be awesome. Following in at a close second would of course be xp10. Everything after that is too close for me.
