  1. After the great Duchess, i can't even imagine how cool the Saab is going to be. Take your time, I am grounded anyway ;D
  2. Thank you Wolfgang. I guess my reference to your review now makes no sense at all, so I will write to Cameron, too
  3. no. because your HSI behaves like a usual heading indicator in regards to the compass in it, it is necessary to adjust for drift/deviation, until the bug is fixed. but I can't find the command to do it in xplane. I think it is just not there, I also double-checked. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heading_indicator
  4. thanks, but I was not clear enough: I meant to adjust the correction of the compass drift, not the obs needle
  5. Great effort, thanks. Patience most often is rewarded Somebody know, for the time beeing, if one can adjust the HSI with a keyboard shortcut or something else?
  6. Sorry to ask again in this unrelated thread. But is there a way to adjust the height of those fences? I mean, wow, they are more huge than my biggest hangar. Bit too much, that is
  7. ah ok, I see. Thought it was xplane. thanks!
  8. I see it more and more often, so I wanna know: What plugin is that FPS yellow number from?
  9. some pics of this flying weekend.
  10. should be possible with xtraffic http://www.xpluginsdk.org/xtraffic.htm
  11. that's cool. I'd love to have some nice scenery in South America.
  12. I'm really impressed how clear to read the instruments are compared to the sundowner. But yeah, I'm starting to hate the hassle with x-plane zooming in and out and panning views for that - you have to be precise, which can be hard in a climb or when landing. So no one answered, but I still like my idea: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=1121.0
  13. thanks a lot! Update already with the Beacon light switch? (that's not so important, actually).
  14. don't remember, but I'd say no. Was "light and variable" at the starting and ending point of the trip. And xplane usually corrects crosswinds only when flying with FMS/GPS. But I saw this bug often on other planes, too. there's a simple solution as far as I know (but that's all I know, not what the solution is). EDIT: Also, the GPS would tell the corrected course as "TRK". Definetaly a bug.
  15. one more bug: HSI compass differs. Although you choose that it should not be adjustable. See screenshot, I am on HDG Hold.
  16. Goran, you forgot the switch for the Beacon light. It works with my hardware, but there is no knob inside the cockpit. edit: also see the asi bug.
  17. hm, I'd try it maybe, but what's the difference to "AI controls your views"? Read this? http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=1121.0 What you think?
  18. stay in Spain. Lot's of airports to build there. What about Gibraltar?
  19. No. Does not. But no problem. There are some windows PCs in our office. I will try there tomorrow and print it.
