  1. So frustrating. And when it freezes on my end, everything freezes. The mouse, the ctrl + alt + del, etc. There's absolutely nothing you can do until it unfreezes after about 40 to 70 seconds later.
  2. Yeah I tried to customize a C172 on SimBrief but that was a waste of time! I even had STKP scan my X-Plane 11 folder for aircraft, which it did and even found the SR22 and SR22TN, but it still needed a profile.
  3. Actually I know that this is not the cause. I had lowered the settings as much as possible, thinking the same, but even with the GPU usage at ~40%, it is still freezing. Moreover, every other aircraft I have, even the FlightFactor A320, A350, the TBM900, the Aerobask Legacy, etc., all perform very well with the GPU on 94-96% and more than 10 GB of VRAM being utilized. No freezes whatsoever. The only problem I have would be FPS and stutters which I can easily tweak with the sliders.
  4. The counters are continuously fluctuating, so fast you couldn't read them accurately. You can only estimate an average. I don't know that the pictures will help but... Also, when it freezes, everything including the mouse cursor freezes. If I'm watching netflix or youtube with x-plane running in the background, when it freezes, the movie or youtube picture freezes, but the audio doesn't. When it unfreezes, sometimes the picture unfreezes and snaps to the current timeline, syncing with the audio. Other times it quickly fastforwards or scrubs to the current (audio) timeline, and syncs with the audio without the audio being interrupted at any time. This does not happen with any other addon aircraft on X-Plane 11
  5. 11.50 latest beta in Vulkan mode
  6. Does anyone have, or rather, could anyone in the forum, whether devs or ordinary forum members in the know, please help create an airframe profile for use with SimBrief and/or SimToolkitPro? Will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  7. The tracing paper comparison is on the money! Couldn't have described it any better.
  8. I am still having the freezes I mentioned earlier. I'm making a new post because the previous post had other issues in it. I have tried to disable plugins like skymaxx pro, that update frequently (I even uninstalled SkyMaxx, but had to reinstall it because it didn't stop the freezing) but no show. I really need help and this is truly frustrating. Is it possible to know what is the issue with a log.txt file?
  9. Yay!!!! You rock! Good job guys. The new liveries are also awesome!
  10. many times I've noticed my oxygen not working. 60% of my flights, and whenever that happens, two more things are guaranteed to happen. 1. I am able to fly all the way to 25,000 feet with oxygen off (even when turned on, there is no light, also no flow, ball's at the very bottom), and there is no hypoxia 2. TKS fluid is magically empty although I never turned it on at any point during my flight. If I happen to notice this problem on the ground before take off, I click the "Fill TKS" and nothing happens. I have to fly empty .
  11. Got the same problem up to 3 times now consecutively. Engine leaned properly after landing.
  12. I don't know if I'm missing something but the radios are not working for me. I am able to tune them and switch and so on, but there is no audio. The only audio I have is the morse code audio for the stations or ILSes. Can't hear the ATIS. Also, my sim freezes every 5-10 minutes and stays frozen for about a minute or so. I thought it was maybe because I wasn't using the experimental option, but turning that on didn't change anything. Also updating to 1.01 didn't fix it either.
  13. Didn't know that. Nice to know. Thanks. Hopefully we get the slants in the future, but for now we'll make do with what we have.
  14. Is it possible to include more options in the livery config, specifically the registration options? What I mean is for instance, if you look at real models, there is an option to have the font slanted? I do not mean italicized, because they are slanted either way depending on the side of the aircraft (L or R) they appear. Here are my attempts on the TBM and on the SR22TN. You can see that I was able to slant the registration on the TBM but there's no such option on the SR22TN, although there is rotation, which is good. A combination of the slant and rotation would be very realistic. Also a panel like the one on the TBM would also be nice so we don't have to go edit the config and reload the aircraft or restart x-plane just to check if the alignment was on spot or not Compare with these:
  15. This video might provide the answer to your question (to go straight to the point, start at 3:16. But the whole video is worth a watch). I know the one in the video is a different model but I think the functionality is the same.
  16. My own issue is that the sim freezes for about 1-2 minutes and then unfreezes. Rinse and repeat every 10 - 30 mins. Happens in both the SR22 and the SR22TN
  17. Yeeah Baby!!!! That was my first color I flew in too! Wish it came with a beige interior. This thing is GORGEOUS! Also, I stand corrected in my previous observations. When I looked from the normal perspective (sitting inside) I realized the glareshield is curved accurately. Edit: It does come in beige (the non-turbo)
  18. That would be 12:00 PM EDT. Right now it's 7:21 AM EDT. T: -04:39:00
  19. This is a wonderful addon that I've been expecting all my life - well specifically ever since I flew the not so good eaglesoft development version in FSX- so my mouth is already watering so much I don't know if I'm gonna be able to sleep until the 25th. Having said this, I have a little observation. It's almost unnoticeable unless you have a keen eye. The outside modelling is on point, the inside too, except the cockpit. Now hold on to that cross yet, and hear me out before crucifying me. 1. (This is the most obvious) the top of the glareshield. In the real thing, it curves/bulges upward slightly, but here it's flat, hiding the top of the bezels, whereas they're fully revealed in the real thing (Take a look at pic. 1) 2. (Less obvious but noticeable if you have a keen eye) Although the glareshield is upright (vertically), the panels are tilted back (i.e: screens are pointing upward) ever so slightly by about 3-5 degrees within the glareshield. Take a closer look at the dividing "pillar" between both panels, the one that has a bright red button. You'll notice that it's wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. Now take a look at the other pics 2 and 3. Just my observation.
