If you are not using VATSIM or any other ATC, you should choose the STAR that corresponds with your final waypoint.

Sad, he has a real talent for scenery design. It appears that he has gotten busy with life and his career. To my understanding he is now a First Officer at Sky Regional flying the Q400 for Air Canada Express. He is the copilot in this really neat video

Very sad Remember the plane doesn't actually belong to Air Canada. It is owned and operated by Jazz Aviation LP flying on behalf of Air Canada Express.
