The "program files x86" folder is for Windows to create a bubble to work with 32 bit programs.
Windows 10 should be 64 but and so is Xplane, why would you install a 64 bit program into a folder designed to interact in compatibility mode for 32 bit programs?
I strongly suggest moving it out of there, just drag and drop the program out, if you have doubts just uninstall the programs that have an integrated installer like Skymax and then drag and drop the Sim folder, then reinstall the add ons.
