The view keys in X-Plane 10 have changed. This is not CRJ specific, but X-Plane 9 vs 10 specific.

Take Command! CRJ-200 Version 1.3 Update Released!
Cameron replied to Cameron's topic in Canadair CRJ-200
I don't think Philipp was calling you or your unknown decision stupid, Bill. He was clear that it was his personal choice and was sharing why he doesn't do it. What you do on your own is your own prerogative. Perhaps, though, after hearing why someone so intwined with X-Plane as Philipp is not deleting XP 9 you'll follow suit or agree. Obviously circumstances are different for each person. Hard Drive space is your reason...so be it! -
The DC-3 has position #1 at the moment and the Saab project is on a short term hold while we assess some things. Nothing major, just temporary.
-
It's version 1.3.1. Trust me. Just doesn't say it in filename.

Please do not ask questions in multiple places that have already been answered.

Take Command! CRJ-200 Version 1.3 Update Released!

Hi, Bill, Hopefully Philipp will have better answers to this one. Linux is just so finicky in the sense that in terms of "stability" it's not very good. Linux itself is great, but so many variants of Linux exists, and not everyone has the same items installed, so it makes it tough. -
You'll need to follow this up with X-Aviation. Further support cannot be carried out here due to system questions we'd like to get answered with you, but we'll be more than happy to help you out, sir! If you have done so already, please hold tight. If you have not, the place to contact is: http://www.x-aviatio.../contact_us.php
-
If you have not already done so, please file a report with X-Aviation for support on RealScenery. It's fairly straightforward, and we'll be happy to assist. For the CRJ: Simply unzip the file you downloaded and run the installer that corresponds to your operating system located in the folder you extracted to.

When it would ship was listed in a big, yellow box on the product page. Method of shipment was listed on the shipping page. I'm quite certain even now you are going to get your order quicker than you would have from anywhere else. You ordered in December, if I'm not mistaken! Look at it this way. Your order came up to ship yesterday. It will likely take only two days to get to you. USPS ships Saturday, FedEx does not (not without hefty fee). Given this, and even if you had ordered FedEx overnight, you will likely receive your item the same day FedEx would have gotten it to you, but instead of paying $40 for shipping you paid...$5. EDIT: Just checked on this again to further prove my point, Whiskeyportal. You are indeed receiving your package on the very same day you would be receiving it had you purchased FedEx overnight. I realize options are good, and I do apologize if this upsets you. I think this time it has worked in your favor given time of shipment and money kept in the wallet.

Texture Problem??
Cameron replied to oregonboy109's topic in Beechcraft Sundowner C23 (no longer in use)
Hi, Andy, We're looking into it. Laminar has put developers on a "stay" for developing for X-Plane 10 at the moment. There are just too many changes going on for it to be stable just yet. It won't last long, but that's the deal for now. -
1-3 days for those in the US. Slightly longer for international. Your tracking # provided (once the carrier updates their tracking system) will show your expected delivery date.

Fantastic!

Texture Problem??
Cameron replied to oregonboy109's topic in Beechcraft Sundowner C23 (no longer in use)
Hey, Andy, What happens when you find the file and try and open it in any photo viewing program? -
Jim ordered on the first day it went up for sale from Laminar. If you have ordered from X-Aviation you can check your order status by logging into your account. We have three phases of order status: 1. Processing 2. Preparing for Shipment (means your order is the next batch out) 3. Shipped - With tracking number (Customs tracking # provided for international buyers) Products are shipping and being processed as quickly as possible. We're working night and day to process orders very quickly! As with Laminar and the org, X-Aviation has been shipping as DVDs come in from UPS in multiple batches from the replicator. We all receive our shipments from the same company. Hang in there. We're rapidly going through these at a fairly quick pace now!
-
If you have shadows turned up you may see it. Unfortunately, until shadows are fully tuned it will likely continue.
-
Sales are better than any of us really anticipated. We knew it was going to be big, but obviously everyone's judgement was off a tad. Anyhow, we're rapidly getting through orders as quickly as we can! I see Whiskeyportal has stated disappointment here in his shipping status, but it would be no less different anywhere else! Jim Kallinen's post shows just that...and he ordered SAME DAY it was put up from Laminar! What about you, Mateus. Did you not end up ordering at all?
-
Cool! It's been crazy for everyone, Simon. I guess we should have expected no less though, huh? Not exactly a "bad" thing for any of us....even as users. Just means more people coming over and a big market to develop for!
-
There's been a big demand for this sim, guys. Initial order by Laminar to the replicator was NOT enough, and hence we're all working feverishly at every outlet to continue our stock flow. Laminar is just beginning to process orders placed on/around the 27th-28th, so unless you ordered before then from another outlet...don't feel bad! Most all people who have received shipments by us and Laminar are people who ordered within a few hours or first day...depending on selection. There's enough stock replicated by now and it's on its way out to everyone. As of Friday X-Aviation should have more stock than orders and be shipping as they come in for as long as they last. I've got another new batch coming in shortly after Friday to help fill another void if needed as well!
-
Pretty looking blue. 4-ply covered set. All come in a neat little package.
-
Photorealistic for the time being. It will be like any other pack we sell in the Enhanced series. We have discussed doing the upgrades to V10 and implement the technology, however, until Laminar finalizes and releases the spec we won't be doing so. Either way, these products still are my favorite to fly in X-Plane 10 over the generic stuff. As much as I love the new lighting effects and objects, atmospheric scattering with HDR looks absolutely stunning with these RealScenery packs!
-
We will never invalidate licenses just because things are outdated. Activations will continue to work as they always have, nor do we have plans to ever change this. Taking care of customers who pay their hard earned money for these products is part of our job!
-
We've began processing orders and they are sent out in order received. The replicator is shipping us multiple batches at a time, so I expect we should have our entire backlog or orders shipped out by Thursday or Friday, and then we'll be shipping orders received as they come in with stock on hand. Right now it's a matter of more orders than stock due to pre-order, but that's only for a few days.
-
Relax. This had nothing to do with sound quality and everything to do with noise reduction and comfort. As someone who has flown many hours with various headsets, I can still attest to this...and I own MANY different brands of pilot headsets.
