  1. You already have open support tickets. A lot of them. Please be patient.
  2. Kyle, Sure, that's no problem at all. Send a message off to X-Aviation and someone will be sure to set that up for you.
  3. Kyle, Truth be told no support is offered on this anymore for XP 9. X-Plane 10 is now years out the door since X-Plane 10, and we gave all customers a free upgrade to that version. Reach back out to us when you have XP 10 in use.
  4. Is any posted?
  5. Your plugin menu screenshot shows the right version number. That's all that matters.
  6. By the looks of your pictures you didn't install this right. The SkyMaxx Pro 2.1.1 folder is probably your installer folder. You need to get that OUT of that folder and back to somewhere like your desktop. Run the 2.1.1 installer again.
  7. You can try doing what jboyd did on his Sundowner here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/7033-c23-sundowner-problems/?p=83270
  8. Or you could contact the venue you purchased it from since I'm sure they'll have detailed instructions.
  9. Probably best you contact the venue where you purchased it from.
  10. Driver has nothing to do with it!
  11. Marco, You started a thread about this on Facebook and you were answered there. At this point you're just antagonizing. This thread is locked.
  12. No. It's always been this way. Plenty of discussion on it here and something we cannot fix. If you truly read this whole thread you would have found that out.
  13. Thanks to all of those that applied! The application phase is now closed and I'll be going through each application to select those in being a part of this next phase. There's a lot of you who submitted, so please be patient as I go through each and every one!
  14. Getting a little out of hand, guys. Going to close this thread.
  15. I just looked into your license and this was normal. Your license just happened to come up for renewal at the time you decided to launch a flight. Nothing crazy going on there.
  16. No, and it won't be. Just like I told you in 2013. No idea as of yet. We had an open beta application just in the last few days, so all I can say is we'll be entering a larger beta for the time being.
  17. As an update, beta applications will close tomorrow. If you're still interested in testing this next update with us please get your applications in ASAP! We have had a tremendous response to this so far (thank you!), and look forward to working with those selected at the end of the application process!
  18. I'm sorry you felt that way.
  19. He's fine. He did exactly what he needed to do after the fact once pointed out. As he has already shown, he's fully capable of speaking for himself. You don't need to do it for him. You love to stir, but it won't work here.
  20. Tell that to the more than 30 people that have already applied without posting in this topic. What part of private message spells potentially public to you?
  21. You did not read the original post instructions it seems.
  22. Hello Folks!, We are going to begin a testing phase of the new Saab 340A update. This is a rather large update, and will require some testing outside of our own internal machines prior to mass release. If you would like to be a part of this testing phase please apply by sending me a private message here in the forums. Please answer the following questions in your message: 1. What is your current computer specs? 2. What other X-Aviation products do you currently own? 3. How much time can you dedicate to testing in a period of an average week? 4. Please state your age range: 10-15, 16-25, 26-35, 36+ It is important to note that you must already own the Saab to partake in this program! Thanks to all that apply!
  23. Closing this topic since your question is also here.
  24. You've received many replies to your support tickets over the past days, yet you never reply. I think it's time you start checking your spam box.
