  1. Not at this time. It may be worth looking into later down the road though!
  2. And, as far as I am aware (barring one product at this time due to multiple re-do's), all products have always been released, so whatever you're eluding to escapes me. That said, you are entitled to your opinion, and I'll respect that. I sincerely apologize for having offended you by announcing products are coming soon or almost here. More-so, I am sorry for having affected you with my words in prior time to provoke such disdain at this point and time. I can see you are passionate and upset about this to a very high level and regret you have such feelings. As I am not a developer of said products and those involved are working very hard (some of whom have quit their jobs to dedicate time to this and other projects) I would caution you to realize your words are then re-directed towards them. Tom, Jan, Morten, and Nils have worked tirelessly for five years to bring this product to life. They deserve the recognition, respect, and appreciation for all their hard work. I would hope you wouldn't go so low as to discredit such, but if you feel it as necessary as you just have to voice such lack of appreciation then I won't stop you. I can only wish you felt differently. To all others: My prior post still stands. This product is nothing short of remarkable, and as we all know, it will indeed be released.
  3. Yes. It's called marketing. This is common in a business of selling product. For example...JetBlue announced service from New York to Daytona Beach 13 months ago. They started the route two weeks ago. They put it in people's head to be expecting ticket sales at some point (7 months later than the initial announcement, 6 months prior to commencement of service). Apple does this too. They tend to announce product and there is a several month waiting period. I would encourage you to read the original post again where it is very clear this product is not on any timeline. "Soon" is subjective. On that note, consider not contradicting yourself. We have not released news on version 3.1, yet you want it; you're asking for it in this last post. Will you then do your continual posting that it's not released in any reasonable timeframe according to your standard as you so often do? Thanks for your interest.
  4. Not yet. I wuld caution you release is also not going to happen till testing is done, and that will take however long it needs to, Chris.
  5. Southwest definitely had some funky setups: See here. Not sure if this was a cost save issue, or something to do with the lack of extra glass on their panels and how steam instruments integrated into systems. More shots of funky MCP's here.
  6. No! We really want this done right, and it's seriously almost there. This product is really something else. I know the whole team is excited for you all to get your hands on it, but I am especially excited. The level of immersion it creates is rather stunning...something I've never experienced in any add-on for any flight sim before, and it comes together at multiple angles...sounds, systems, ease of controls, flight model...it really is a work of art. Just hang in there. The wait has definitely yielded something spectacular, and waiting just a little longer will only make it that much better!
  7. Yes, it is stricken from the list. Other stuff will be announced later on.
  8. Because it does more than just deal with aircraft sounds (and it replaces sounds for other aircraft as well so long as they aren't using their own custom sound already). What you're asking for is something highly customized. It requires dedication to that particular engine, and as such, you need to howl at FlyJSim to resolve what you're wanting; if you truly want it.
  9. SoundMaxx is designed to not interfere with aircraft which come with their own soundset. You'll need to ask FlyJSim for the changes you want.
  10. I'm sure it's possible but it will not be implemented in this product. We are finished developing this add on except for bug fixes.
  11. Guys, relax. Tom's interpretation and meaning of running out of money does not mean he'll be on the streets. He quit his job with lots in savings with a goal end date. As anyone smart with their money, you don't want to dip into savings for forever. We're not taking pre-orders...ever.

That's correct. The engine model is completely written from scratch, overriding X-Plane's interpretation of what it thinks should happen so we could have a realistic simulation. This is the price we pay for realism...you have to fly and go through the startup procedure. Plenty of topics on this. Search function is useful!
  13. No, we definitely have the infrastructure in place to support high demand.
  14. We know. The sound was just implemented but not fully programmed just prior to the video. Please be aware, as already stated, this is work in progress and not a video to pick away at. When we release something of a final preview then it's your turn to hammer down.
  15. Doesn't count. Just something random I made.
  16. As does our 737 captain on the development team.
  17. Not that I can recall, but I'll put a squash on that now and say with rather certainty it won't be happening, especially for 1.0. A lot of work went into faithfully replicating what current aircraft look like. Hopefully you'll all enjoy it when it's in your hands!
  18. The cabin (or 3D for that matter is not completed), so something like this would be in very final steps. Work in progress, but we wanted to show where we're at anyhow! Haha, no. This was not a procedural video. Purely a showing off of sounds with no care in the world to how it's flown before I press File > Quit.
  19. Hi Folks!, I've just finished putting together a video titled 'Sights and Sounds'. The purpose of the video is to showcase the latest version of the 737-300 project as it stands today with some sound additions, 3D model enhancements, and just all around cool effects! Work continues daily, and we can all see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully you're all as excited as we are! Enjoy!
  20. "I would say you are more fck up than serious if so.." is definitely a judgment on a person who spends their time how they choose if I've ever heard one. You have no idea what one's circumstances may be, and it is neither in your place (nor mine) to judge any person in such a manner. Many people read these forums, and that can certainly be offensive to some. Please be considerate of feelings before you write.
  21. It is really, very inappropriate to judge people in this way, Tom. Please keep it away from here.
  22. That would be cloud scud. Perfectly normal, by design, and often encountered in real life. There's also technical reasons why this is present, but I won't bore you with all of that.
  23. Not really sure what you mean. These have always been available with SkyMaxx.
  24. Theoretically it will work with any weather injector.
  25. He said he's NOT a serious pilot because he only spends about 10% of his time in the sim.
