  1. To those who had the issue where they could not install Real Weather Connector, I believe I have found the issue. You'll need to login to your account and re-download as well as re-install SkyMaxx Pro 3.2.2.
  2. Honestly sounds like something on your end. We have thousands of customers and I don't have a single similar report to this.
  3. Did you use a download manager or something?
  4. Read my last reply in this thread.

  6. Dude, look at your posts. You just keep going and going, LOOKING for a debate. That's right. Because you said: "Shame on Cameron then for locking a topical thread." Yet, in the thread which was locked, I specified I believed we had a handle on it. Your comment was entirely unnecessary AND inflammatory. That's mud slinging, sir. The fact you even feel the desire or need to create such a tally as this speaks volumes to the awkward desire you have to battle. Drop it. First and only warning.
  7. I am being fact based. The comment was not directed at your posting behavior. It was with regards to the topic closed in question. I'm pretty sure Sundog told you it would be released soon. Don't come in here trying to stir mud. It's really lame.
  8. Pounding a topic with the same issue in a span of an hour is not necessary. Relax yourself. And, if you read what I had said as the last word in the topic, it's clear as mud we felt we had an idea and a patch forthcoming for it. Shame on you.
  9. I wouldn't expect that to work. OpenAL spaces still get initialized before you disable the plugins.
  10. I believe the prior topic was closed for a reason. My previous explanation remains the same.
  11. Enough. The likely cause is a bad METAR entry from the download source. Everyone would get the same crash at the same time because the bad entry is causing the parse to fly off the handle. We have measures in place to hopefully solve this going forward, but please quit with the inundating of threads like this.
  12. Any JAR ground handling or tug plugins installed?

  15. There was no sarcasm, nor do I like your tone or assertions that someone upload a payware product to a public domain like Google Drive. Don't post here if you can't handle being spoken to.
  16. Glad that worked out! At the very least you can add an exception to X-Plane and that'll do the trick as well.
  17. And you're 100% sure Windows Defender is disabled? I would double check that. You never know with Microsoft at times.
  18. It's not just third party anti virus apps. You need to make sure Windows Defender has an exclusion set for the X-Plane folder.
  19. Well, that was entertaining. Sounds like you're doing something wrong with your autolandings. Couldn't tell you what. I've done 10 or so in the last week with zero hiccup. I don't have much else to say with regards to everything else, though I sincerely disagree with you on the FMC. Do you have an old video card or something? With as many YouTube videos as are out there for this aircraft, either you did poor research or you're slightly misinformed as to a number of things with the systems. This isn't some modern era NG (or even 767). Menu stuff is completely subjective. We'll wait for more complaints on that before going further.
  20. As per the contact page: "We will reply as soon as we are able and will endeavor to reply within 3 days, but usually quicker. Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!" You are stating you have: 1. Sent multiple e-mails 2. Sent your ticket two days ago. Thanks for your patience! You will be replied to.
  21. Changing sky colors can have an effect. Using Maxx FX can also help. There are no options for you to do this on your own. That said, we have a little something to alter colors a tad in the next update.
  22. Any sky color set for X-Plane works with SkyMaxx Pro! The SkyMaxx Pro manual covers how to install these other sets for use in SkyMaxx.
  23. Well, I certainly won't debate our definitions of responsible since they're very different. Anyways, you'll get sorted out within the published timeframe!
  24. It's 2016, and bandwidth can be at a premium worth CDN type delivery. The installer is 25MB. What the installer downloads is gigabytes. You're 24 hours in to a published time. Thanks for your patience! I always recommend you backup your files responsibly, no matter what year it is.
