  1. They did. Sorry that the support person you got was unaware. We'll be closing this topic now. You can continue to followup with Laminar.
  2. I don't have a link to give you, so no. Laminar has made it possible to downgrade due to this issue with numerous aircraft. You can contact them if you need assistance with their program.
  3. Yes you can. Contact Laminar for assistance if you're unsure how to do so.
  4. Seriously? Did you just bother not to read or click anything from the response above?

  6. It may not be new, but it doesn't change the economics of it at all. The realities are what they are. If I used VR I'd probably feel the same. Unfortunate that we'll lose you, but I understand.
  7. It's not worth doing. Laminar can instruct you on how to downgrade if you contact them. We hope to have an update out on our end within the next week or two.
  8. Not a priority, no. It's a pretty small sub niche section of the market with hardware that none of the developers I know even have.

  11. Yes. Don't use X-Plane beta software and expect things to just work.
  12. No, nothing is generated by text to speech. There are no plans for improvements to this.
  13. Yes, we're aware.
  14. It just's a warning. You can ignore it.
  15. The missing key is related to the plugin I told you earlier. Everything else is just a warning. No big deal.
  16. This plugin is likely causing issues: Loaded: D:\Xplane12/X-Plane 12/Resources/plugins/GndHandling/
  17. The installer is designed in a way to be as least intrusive as possible, so no registration keys or configs. What dictates that prompt being shown is if the installer detects Gizmo being installed at all. Why it can't search and see it on your setup is beyond me at the moment.
  18. I have just had several people on Windows test this. All of these people confirm the dialog appears. You are also the first person I have ever had mention this doesn't work in over a year of this being implemented, so I'm not really sure what's unique to your system to prevent it. Perhaps some kind of unique casing paths, or anything else I'm not considering. It would not shock me considering you're in tune enough to fixate on the profiler in X-Plane.
  19. This has always been the case since day one of the transition.
  20. If you're on Mac you probably aren't running X-Plane under Rosetta. It's required for this product.
  21. It is being designed to operate as the real one, yes.
  22. Again, the STC for the GFC500 is what would dictate that. You can make that feature request to RealSimGear, but again, this product is pretty much feature locked and the only changes will be those to keep it running between X-Plane versions.
  23. That's nothing more than a warning. X-Plane owns that window, not us. If you're having trouble dismissing it you should let Laminar know.
