  1. You're really confusing me. Your screenshots show it installed. What does the SkyMaxx Pro menu screen say when you access it under plugins? What are you expecting to happen that apparently doesn't?
  2. First off, there is no such thing as 3.1.2. If you are not seeing 3.1 in the configuration screen then you are doing one of the following: 1.) Installing SkyMaxx Pro from an old 3.0 installer or 2.) Incorrectly selecting your install folder for 3.1 in the installer My suggestion: Go to X-Plane/X-Aviation and run the SkyMaxx Pro uninstaller. Once done, delete every trace of a SkyMaxx Pro zip/installer you can find on your computer. Re-download the update from the X-Aviation website. Re-run the installer. No. You run the installer.
  3. Okay! But the reality is...given Real Weather Connector will place clouds where they should be, this square thing will probably mostly be gone when in use.
  4. Unzip the file and run the installer.
  5. Honestly, adding more complexity is not our goal. And you're right, you can't please everyone. Unfortunately you're one of them.
  6. No, and this actually cracks me up. We have other people asking to make it darker!
  7. That's a factor of draw distance and NOT an "issue".
  8. Pretty beefy machine you have there. Slightly nicer CPU than myself, but same video card to the T. I am producing VERY nice results from an FPS standpoint, so that's very confusing. So you're downsizing resolution when running XP (am I reading that right)? This post:
  9. Not much to go by here. What are your system specs? Do you have the latest and greatest video card drivers? Have you read Frank's message in the official update thread? Did you hit the "default settings" button and try to start baseline fresh?
  10. Do you have a problem reading or something, Chabbi? You just sent in MORE e-mails. Read again:
  11. I do not do support through private message. As it turns out, you have relentlessly sent endless e-mails over time for your support ticket. Our website is very clear when you create a support ticket: "Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!" This is further followed up AFTER you submit a ticket with massive red text explaining it to you yet again. Don't send further e-mails. You'll get a response.
  12. That's an order number, not a support ticket number...
  13. Do you have a support ticket number so I can look into this?
  14. No worries! I reset it for you. Thanks for the compliments!
  15. Hello, all, This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 3.1 update for SkyMaxx Pro. All customers who have purchased SkyMaxx Pro v3 up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete instructions on how to obtain your update. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase SkyMaxx Pro v3 from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 3.1 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do: 1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviati...talog/login.php 2. View your past order history invoice that contains SkyMaxx Pro purchase on it. 3. At the bottom of the invoice you will find a blue highlighted link to your update that says: "SkyMaxx Pro v3". There are some important fixes and requests implemented in this update. The following is a list of additions/fixes included: What's New / Changed: Landing lights now illuminate clouds as you fly through them! Performance enhancements to reduce "stutters" when new cloud conditions are loaded Many overall performance enhancements More variation in cloud shapes More accurate cloud altitudes Visual improvements to solid and broken stratiform clouds Numerical setting values now displayed in the config screen New ability to save and load named configuration sets More tuning of cloud lighting, visibility, and shadow effects Ready for the upcoming Real Weather Connector product "Hi res clouds" option changed to selections for "Fast", "Soft", and "Crisp". "Fast" is the old low-res SMP 1.0 clouds; "Crisp" are the "hi res" clouds of SMP 2+. The new "soft" option is somewhere in between; higher resolution, but more blurry and indistinct. A few new screenshots to showcase v3.1: As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. We appreciate your feedback and support! Enjoy these latest updates, and stay tuned to the forum as we continually announce the latest happenings.

    Crash SAAB 340

I'd be more willing to bet this is some sort of scenery load crash.
  17. That's exactly what the work in progress section here is for. PLENTY of screenshots in the gallery on the website already otherwise.
  18. Turning it down is not the solution from a technical standpoint. I'm really not the one to discuss this either. @sundog is better versed in this situation. Sorry!
  19. Understood. Those are "imposters" to fill in gaps in distance. Maybe it's more noticeable with a lower draw distance as shown.
  20. Is this image highly zoomed in, or what's going on here?
