Hey there Cameron, im a first time customer of IXEG, and unfortunatly had a bad first experience with your product- 737 Classic- after doing some research i've realized im on a long list of other unhappy people. I've sent several e-mails to support about my 737 issues and to be honest i dont want to fix them anymore. I would either like the 75 dollars put back on my credit card or a credit of that amount to use in the Xplane.org store. The issues im having would give me caluses on my fingers if I were to type them all out. Bottom line, im disatisfied with your product, the gizmo plug-in has negativly effected other aircraft in my virtual hanger, and im extreamly disapointed because after purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of General Aviation planes from other companies this was my first airliner, and I assumed after watching "Catstrator, Jeff Favignano, and Q8 pilot videos that the most expensive plane you can purchase for Xplane would be a safe bet. This being quite the opposite case. I will wait to hear from you or support a little longer before I delete the plane,  as im sure you get more than a few E-mails of this nature every day. I apologize for any implied rudeness as it is not my intention at this festive time of year to hold ill will toward anyone. I would just lke a "High Quality" Working, Airliner to fly the virtual skys with.
