Can we stop memory check ?

Possible in future to have a button in the menu to stop this polling ?

GPU-Z gives far more information in real time than waiting to read the log afterwards.

CTD and checked the log then restarted same flight without a reboot and ran perfect with not as many of the memory checks recorded.

Is this what caused the CTD  ??

Your log doesn't say what caused the CTD. Just because our memory check message was the last thing in your log doesn't mean it's what caused the crash; X-Plane does LOTS of things that don't write to the log. 

You've got a lot of custom scenery with conflicting ATC information that could be the cause. My guess is that you happened to fly into an area where this became an issue.

Given the complexity of modern shaders I'd be surprised if the memory check was more complex for the GPU than rendering a single pixel. Any single pixel.
