Tried to download again from the Asia/Pacific server but received error message that the download had failed. Had same issue using USA server. Filed a request for support on the 29th November & received a support ticket #. Now the 7th December & no contact despite sending 2 further emails requesting follow-up. Not a happy chappy X-Aviation!!!!

When you file another support ticket, while your original one is still in the queue, you get pushed to the back again. Thereby delaying support. Edited December 7, 2015 by Goran_M
